Flexible Employment
Timstar offer flexible employment contracts including; part time, term time and a mixture of both to allow people to balance work and family life.
Home Working
The option for home working is available to those who commute long distances to our offices or whose roles enable them to.
Self Management
The management team are expected to manage their own hours around their workload. As a small business, flexibility is important and this works both ways.
Career Breaks and Sabbaticals
Managers are always open to requests for unpaid sabbaticals, these can be up to six months and Timstar will always aim to accommodate these where possible.
