At Timstar we are continually developing new innovative products. Last year we launched our first ever own branded products marked under our brand name of Benchmark and this year we are proud to introduce our very own uPower Power Supplies, uWeigh Balances, uView Digital Microscopes and uLog Datalogging all designed to be unique and easy to use products at low costs!

To make sure we give our customers the best possible service we have introduced a new telephone service for customer service to improve our efficiency. We have also renovated our warehouse to improve stock inventories, quicker process to find products, shipping time decreases and less picking errors! In January we introduced our service internationally. This has been a great success and we are delighted to announce our very own export catalogue will be coming out in the New Year.
