All UK schools and Colleges are granted credit accounts and if you already have an account with us, just register and we will do the rest for you. New customers are very welcome to register, your account will be set up and you will be contacted to confirm security details

We are able to process credit card and purchasing card orders using our secure payment partner SagePay. The payment process is very simple and will allow you to store cards through the website (Saved cards are encrypted for your security). In the unlikely event that any item is back ordered, you will be notified in advance and given the option to substitute or cancel and you will not be charged until goods are available.

Once registered you will have the opportunity to order immediately. If you already know the stockcodes of the products you would like to purchase simply click fast track for a quick order. With orders you can save and continue at any point. You can now create multiple personal wish lists. This can useful when drawing up a list of everything you need for the academic year as you name each order whatever you like.

Each wish list can be viewed and edited and then either converted to a web order or printed out as a Purchase Order which can be signed within your school and sent to Timstar in the normal manner - a real electronic catalogue! If you have a query with a product we have now introduced a technical support section with an extensive range of technical queries!

After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We do not supply chemicals to private individuals or private addresses. If you do have permission to order chemicals please make sure we have taken the restriction off your web account by emailing: science@timstar.co.uk
